We provide a free initial consultation at your home to go over your vision, your requests, and give an initial estimate.

Design

It’s time to start designing. We’ll begin with mood boards, 2D layouts, and conceptual renderings to ensure the design is aligned with your vision.
 
Once you confirm the design, we’ll support you in material purchasing assistance and showroom support, so we can order the finishings and furnishings that will elevate your home.

Plan

With the design in place, we’ll move forward and create any architectural or engineering plans that are needed.
 
We’ll obtain all necessary permits, communicating directly with your local municipality to ensure every stage runs smoothly.

Construct

We’ll lay out a timeline for the build and invite you to our project management software. This advanced technology allows you to view your project at a glance so you can feel confident knowing what happens when.

Stage 05.

Post Construction

Your home is complete, but we won’t hand over the keys until your space is in top condition. We complete a full post-construction cleanup so you can move in as soon as you’re ready.
 
Before we part ways, we’ll hand over a digital dossier of all paint colors, warranties, instruction manuals, and materials purchased. All in one handy, easy-to-refer-to file so you can access important information whenever you need.
